We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our IPTV service for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@catchontv1.email with your order details within 7 days of purchase. Include your email address and approximate purchase date. No explanation required.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve, we will provide a pro-rated refund or service extension.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including credential sharing or reselling. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in USD equivalent at the time of the original transaction. Partial-month refunds after the 7-day window are calculated based on remaining days in the subscription period.

Free Trial

The 24-hour free trial requires no payment information and expires automatically. There is nothing to refund. If you enjoyed the trial and want to continue, choose a paid plan from our pricing page. The trial is designed to let you test stream quality, channel availability, and device compatibility before committing any money.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, email us at help@catchontv1.email with your order details and concern. We review all disputes within 48 hours and aim for a fair resolution. We would rather lose a sale than have an unhappy customer.
